How often do you inspect the property?
Routine inspections are carried out every three months, with photos and clear notes filed in your owner portal. If circumstances call for it we will arrange an additional inspection to confirm a repair or keep an eye on a developing issue.
What happens if meth is detected?
Because we complete baseline tests at the start of management and between tenancies, accountability is clear if contamination occurs. We coordinate further testing, documentation and your insurer's requirements, and manage any decontamination through to clearance before a new tenancy begins.
