A husband and wife team

Vivian and Travis are a husband and wife team who enjoy working together to make sure both owners and tenants have the best experience. They run Barnhill Property Management Ltd as a Pukeko Rental Managers franchise, which means you get the personal accountability of an owner-operated business backed by the systems of a national rental management company that has been doing this since 2010.

Travis was born and raised in Auckland. He excels at problem-solving and sales, which in rental management translates into finding the right tenant quickly and sorting out the practical issues that come up in any tenancy before they grow.

Vivian immigrated from China in 2000 and has a great appreciation for New Zealand and its rural countryside. She brings strong communication and organisational abilities to the partnership, which is what keeps rent, inspections, maintenance and paperwork running on time for every property in the portfolio.
